MINTY SANGRIA

  • 1 bottle of The Vegan Wine Project Pinot Grigio

  • 1 sliced lemon

  • 1 sliced lime

  • ½ cup of mint leaves

  • 6 tablespoons of sugar

  • 6 tablespoons of water

Combine sugar and water in a small bowl and microwave for approximately 30 seconds or until the sugar has dissolved. Add one tablespoon to each glass with mint, lemon and limes and stir. Pour in the wine and serve!
