250ml of The Vegan Wine Project Sauvignon Blanc
3 tablespoon of lavender-lemon syrup
2 tablespoons of grapefruit juice
Lavender sprig and a lemon twist for garnishing
Combine the wine, lavender-lemon syrup and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. After it has been blended, strain into your stemless glass and garnish with lavender and a lemon twist.
